Our residents are encouraged to be as independent as possible, to plan and live their lives as usual while living at Fox Meadow. Fox Meadow makes life more manageable by providing home cooked meals, housekeeping, personal laundry service, activities, medication monitoring and local transportation with staff on site 24/7.

Fox Meadow is a state licensed Residential Care Facility conveniently located in the picturesque community of Bristol, New Hampshire only 3 miles from Interstate 93 and 7 miles to beautiful Newfound
Lake.

We accept Medicaid and are a licensed provider for the Home and Community Based Care (HC/BC) state
run program.
